The GVRCA Board of Directors meets the 3rd Thursday of each month (except December) at 6:30 p.m. The meeting is held at the Desert Willow Community Center located at 2020 Horizon Ridge Pkwy.

At the beginning of every Regular Session of the Board of Director’s meeting, an Open Comment and Discussion period will be devoted to items listed on the agenda. At the end of every Regular Session of the Board of Director’s meeting, an Open Comment and Discussion period will be provided to the homeowners to speak to the Board on non-agenda items. At the conclusion of the open call to the owners, individual members of the Board may respond to those who have addressed the Board, may ask management to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda. However, except in emergencies, no action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
