GVR Board Bios

With diversified accomplishments in on-site management, portfolio management of single family homes, condominiums, hotel-share condominiums and master planned communities, Robin continues to expand on her knowledge by continuing her education in the field of community management.

Over the last eleven years, Robin has worked for developers and management companies bringing her strongest assets to the table which are her customer relations and customer service skills. Robin works in conjunction with the seven-member Board of Directors of Green Valley Ranch Community Association to ensure the execution of the Board’s decisions. After six years with the Green Valley Ranch Community Association, she continues to provide the homeowners and the board members her commitment to quality customer service and management.
Robin has been a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) attending classes and events where education is the primary goal. She holds a Supervising Community Manager certificate with the state of Nevada. Robin also holds national designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). Robin is also the Director of Community Management – Henderson, where she oversees all activities of Terra West’s Henderson office.

Billie Smith, Provisional Community Manager, assists Robin for GVRCA. She attends the Board of Director meetings and records the meeting minutes. Her duties in the Association office include customer relations assisting homeowners who visit the office, by phone and e-mail. Billie is also the Architectural Committee Coordinator. She is the point of contact for the homeowner who wishes to submit an Architectural Application for exterior home and property improvements. Billie attends the Architectural Committee meeting where her duties involve recording the meeting minutes and the processing of the submitted architectural application paperwork.

Sametra Albert is the Senior Administrative Assistant to Robin for GVRCA. Sametra tends to all homeowner communications relating to the daily business of the association. Sametra’s knowledge and expertise in association matters is invaluable to both the management team and the homeowners. Robin, Billie and Sametra work as a team in an effort to provide the best customer relations service to the homeowners.
